Birth Doula services includes:

• Free consultation with a doula 
• Two prenatal appointments 
• Birth Plan support and development
• 24/7 phone/text/email support from date of hire
• Continuous support throughout your birthing experience 
• Extended care after delivey  (1-2 hrs)
• Support with feeding
• Postpartum planning and guidance 
• One postpartum visit 1-2 weeks following birth
